Good Morning Keith,

I love your K’s color palette. And, that it’s a 4-speed!

Our 4 speed 300K has an AM/FM radio and reverb unit in the trunk. Frankly , I didn’t realize it was that rare but makes sense now that I think about it.

Yes, I remember Donnie showing me that rare reverb unit.  It looked like a very nice car and looked quite similar to my J, which was parked a couple of cars over.  That was a great gathering of Letter Cars at the vety nice Geneva Concours.

Yup….that looks like a reverb unit to me! I had one in my K.

I remember pulling out on the fader control accidentally. My cousin Ernie said “I don’t what you just did but the radio sure sounds a lot better” - I reminded him that he’d been drinking.

Thus we discovered the “concert hall sound” of a reverberator - what a GREAT car!

Here are some additional photos of Donnie's beautiful K that I took at our fabulous 300 display at the 2018 Geneva Concours.   Note that this K appears to have the somewhat rare reverb unit mounted in the trunk - at least that's what it looked like.

Not mine, but a beautiful local northeastern Illinois 300-K Coupe for sale, posted on Facebook late yesterday by Donnie Carr - in the Group 'Chrysler 300 Letter Series 1955-1965' -

I am going to sell my 1964 Chrysler 300k Hard top beautiful condition I’m gonna call the number three maybe 6000 miles since restored older restoration runs fantastic drives fantastic stops fantastic tons of parts I am going to ask 19 Thousand 500 I really feel it’s worth that like I said lotta parts Has redline tires with Mag wheels Have original rims and hubcaps also

I first saw this K and first met Donnie about 8 or so years ago at a cruise nite in Seneca, IL - 70 miles sw of downtown Chicago. I've attached some photos - 1st 4 are ones Donnie posted; last 3 are ones I took when his K was displayed at our local Geneva, IL Concours in August 2018, where Letter Cars were featured - we had 20 Letter Cars and a 300 Hurst gleaming on tree-lined Second Street.

Donnie's K is also seen in my Geneva Concours video posted on our 300 Club's website - seen at 15:09 of this video -

Donnie's a member of our local WPC Club, but not our Chrysler 300  Club Int'l.
