Thanks Steve. It is just a 2 BBL Plain Jane 383, one that's probably got a whole lot of miles on it anyway! The rust is in the 2nd piston from the right, about 11:30 position, in the bottom picture posted on: http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/temp/383-headless-500.jpg shows the engine.
