I have a natural gas "hot dog"heater which is ceiling mounted. It works great!-20 deg and I can keep it in the high 70:s. yep I forgot about the moisture with propane. I had a clean burn propane heater once and it did cause moisture issues. I think its really gonna have to be electricity and just bite the bullet and pay the electrical bill. Luckily I am well insulated but still with a slab floor ( heat sink) its gonna be expensive. It is rare here to go below freezing during the day time, but still cold enuf to be unbearable.
