Speaking of old movies featuring c.'58 Plymouths, does anyone remember "The Lineup" a B&W cop movie from 1958? Imagine they used showroom stock cars then, not like Christine, or even the '59 Ply. taxis in "Mad, Mad World. I recall seeing the movie at the drive in, I was about 10 years old and those Plymouths screeched and slid and outran everything (no surprise) in the movie. Lots of elevated highways in the movie, think it was in Los Angeles, if remembered correctly. Was already hooked on MoPar before the movie, just icing on the cake. The only actor of note was Richard Jaekel (spelling?) who was the driver ("wheel man" I think the called him.) It's not available in VHS as far as I know, but if anyone can shed more light here it would be appreciated. Maybe we could piece together old Plymouth car-chase scenes sometime.
